- The products and services on www.wstar.biz are subject to availability. Therefore, product items may be withdrawn at any time without notice and the prices may change from time to time. We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders, either in whole or part.
- Delays in completing the checkout process and providing payment may mean that available stock was allocated to another purchaser who completed their checkout more quickly.
- We cannot guarantee delivery times.
- Wellfit Limited – Wstar cannot be held responsible for any loss or indirect loss related to business, potential business profit or goodwill that may result from use of www.wstar.biz
- All items are new.
- Wellfit Limited warrants that the life of the garment should remain fit for purpose for a period of 12 month after delivery.
- Sales and promotions are offered at time of order only.
- All sales are at our current prices.
- GST, local sales taxes and freight may apply where applicable to all sales and will be shown as a separate addition to the sales price.
- Sales price is expressed in the local currency.
Return/Exchange Policy
Please choose your purchase carefully as we do not provide a refund if you change your mind. If your item does not fit or the size is incorrect we will exchange the size or alternately you can choose another style/item. Any order issues or disputes should be filed within 30 days from the order date.
Please follow the process:
- If you have a return/exchange please complete the online returns form which you will find under My Account / My Orders / Order Details / Submit Return
- Return Authorization Number must be obtained prior returning any goods. This is generated by Wellfit once the return/exchange is submitted
- The Return Document will be emailed to you to send the goods back
- The return/exchange courier/posting is initiated and paid for by the Site
- Once the return/exchange is received and processed back in stock the Credit will be issued to your online account.
- This Credit can be used to purchase a desired item/size online
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR EVERY RETURN:
Garments MUST BE in a NEW (re-saleable) condition in the original packaging with all swing-tags and labels attached to be accepted.
Please open the packages with care
Items with missing tags or labels will not be accepted for a return or a credit.
Items returned damaged (other than prior accepted by Wellfit) will not be accepted for a return or a credit
- If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
- Any item/s returned must be done so within 30 days of ordering.
- 25% re-stocking fee may be applied (if applicable)

- The original receipt must be provided for ANY returned garments as proof of purchase.

- Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for any any credits or refunds, all items be required to be picked up by the returning Station
- The return courier/posting is initiated and paid for by the Site and once received and processed back in stock the Credit will be issued to your online account.
- All credits must be used within 12 months of their issuance date. Any unused credits will expire after this period and will no longer be valid

Please ensure that all washing instructions are followed.
Shipping Information
We ship all parcels via courier. We aim to send all orders within 5 business days of receipt of payment, at which time you will be sent an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.
You should then allow for up to 3 business days for your package to arrive. Please note that during peak seasonal periods delivery time frames are longer (particularly the November/December Christmas period).
